Integrative Psychiatry

Integrative psychiatry is a whole-person approach to mental health. It combines traditional psychiatric tools—like therapy and medication—with evidence-based practices such as nutrition, mindfulness, sleep optimization, and lifestyle changes.

In my practice, I focus on understanding the full picture of your well-being. That means exploring not just symptoms, but also stress levels, physical health, diet, sleep, and life experiences. When needed, I may recommend lab testing or suggest targeted supplements alongside conventional treatment.

I believe healing happens when we look at the root causes of distress—not just the surface. My goal is to help you feel better in a sustainable, meaningful way, using a personalized approach that meets you where you are.

If you're looking for thoughtful, holistic mental health care, integrative psychiatry might be the right fit.
